Make sure you have your team sorted before getting the IFF component. Once you have it, the next time you go to the map, it will trigger the next mission. It is a great game but I wish there were more side quests.

Btw, am I the only one to feel awkward to have Kanye West as a companion ?! Seriously, Jacob looks so close to Kanye, I'm pretty sure they made it on purpose.
I keep on expecting Jacob to interrupt me with something like "Hey I'm really happy for you Shepard and amma let you finish, but Saren had the best come back ever !"
I'm about ten or so hours in, and was enjoying it until last night it really kicked into high gear for me. In the middle of Jacob's loyalty quest, exploring this planet with the whole messed up scenario and the dialogue involved- hell, it was barely of the intellectual level of an episode of start trek, but I'm just now getting the feel of a game- that it's not a 'cinematic' experience, but a televisual one, each little mission like a self encapsulated episode in a longer drama.
