This one seems a little subjective. One man's "irrelevant" is another's genuine attempt to discuss ideas or topics that others might not necessarily be interested in or feel valid. While I trust the mods' discretion in making these calls, I also hope that this rule won't be abused to bully people into only discussing topics deemed "relevant" by the hive.

it's a general guideline to cover a broad spectrum of issues and as it states the about the irrelevant, etc... is with the intent to spam or cause trouble. we will of course use our best judgment to decide. this rule is also in place among others to prevent bullying.

We were already doing that, it's actually nothing new, we just decided to put words to it so people could understand what are the official guidelines.

12. Post to sell services, products or otherwise spread information on how to hack consoles or download illegal / pirates copies of games is not allowed. How about console modding? (eg. add extra fans, lights, etc.)

In relation to this really, but I have a couple of old x-boxes and am interested in using them as media servers. Is this talk possible here?
